Don't worry; I didn't lose them.
About a week ago, I noticed that my rings were getting a little tighter than normal due to Baby Hutson making my hands swell. I heard a few horror stories from people who almost had to get their rings cut off at the hospital, so I decided to take mine off early. I went a few days wearing nothing on my finger, but it just felt too weird. So a rubberband it is.
The sample lady at Trader Joe's seemed to think I was all hip and cool and not influenced by worldly things when she asked me if the rubberband was my wedding ring. I think I disappointed her by telling her that I had a real one at home.
