Baby Chloey's Book Shower

One fun thing about our book club (that has survived almost a year and a half thank you very much) is that we get to throw book showers for incoming babies.  My cousin Melody is due in July, so this month I got to throw a little shower for baby Chloey.



I based the shower theme around the colors and design of Chloey's nursery.  Sarah from Sarah's Sweet Shoppe made these adorable flamingo cookies for us.

Melody loves popcorn, so it wouldn't be a party for her without it.

Some dollar store flamingos and Trader Joe's flowers.  It also wouldn't be an English party without something from Andre's, so I had to get a chocolate cake.

I found these cute printables for mason jars here and used them for everyone to write their name.

Chloey got lots of fun books like the classic Good Night Moon and Lila's personal favorite, Olivia.  It's very exciting to think about all these future little readers!
